• All of the emu chicks listed below from the 4/5/25 hatch have been ordered and are pending pickup.

• We have just 4 more hatches remaining for the 2025 season. The next hatch is due around 4/19/25 and then the remaining hatches are every 2 weeks thereafter into June 2025.

• Reminder:  We DO NOT operate off of waiting lists and all emu chicks are first come first serve ordering on the website.  If you placed your order for emu chicks and chose to pay at pick up, you MUST contact me within 24 hours of ordering to setup a pick up date and time, otherwise your order will be cancelled and the emu chicks will be relisted.   

• Some of you have asked about multiple emu chick discounts.  Due to the economy and to help folks get started with raising emus, WE ARE NOW OFFERING DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE EMU CHICKS!  Mix and match colors or genders.  Discount will automatically be applied during checkout on the website (however, you must place only ONE order to have the discount applied - multiple orders will not calculate the discount and orders placed for separate pickup times will not receive the discount).  Valid until 6/30/25.  See photo above for discount levels.

• 2025 will be our 15th year of breeding emus on our farm!!!    The emu chicks will be listed here (at the bottom of this page) once DNA results come back, which takes about 1 week after they hatch.

• Thank you so much to everyone that has purchased emu chicks and added the "Moonlight Valley Farm™" emu bloodlines to your farms.  We truly appreciate all of our customers and helping each of you to learn how to properly care for and raise these magnificent birds.  

• We are excited for the upcoming 2025 breeding season as we've added even more bloodlines.  We have 7 white emus, 11 blonde emus and 5 standard emu breeders on our farm (23 total).

EMU CHICK SALES AGREEMENT  Please read over the sales agreement prior to ordering and to uphold our 7 day health guarantee.  You will receive a signed copy of the sales agreement upon picking up your emu chick(s).

Buyers are responsible for all import regulations into your state.  At this time, we do not sell emu chicks to anyone residing outside of the United States due to the various export/import laws of other countries.

Please read the entire page of ORDERING EMU CHICKS prior to placing your order.  We do NOT ship emu chicks and they would need to be picked up at our farm in Aspers, PA or ground transport arranged.

⇒ ⇒ ⇒   If you are wanting more than one emu chick or multiple selections of emu chicks by gender and colors, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER for a single emu chick and ask us to hold it until the rest of your selections hatch.  We simply cannot hold chicks as we never know what will hatch.  Instead, you will need to watch availability and ONLY ORDER when we have all of your selections available.   It is EXTREMELY HARD AND STRESSFUL for a single emu chick to adapt to living alone since they have lived here with other emu chicks, so please consider this before placing your order for a single chick as we recommend at least 2 emu chicks so that they have a companion. Also, you do not want to put a 5-6 week old emu chick with a 2 week old emu chick as the older chicks can easily trample the younger chicks. It's best to get them all at the same ages.    ⇐ ⇐ ⇐   

Please make sure that you are seriously committed before ordering your emu chicks.    Any canceled orders that paid via credit, debit card or Paypal on the website will be subject to a 3% transaction fee as we are still charged a transaction fee for refunds.     Thank you for your understanding.
