Ordering DayliliesMoonlight Valley Farm offers over 700 varieties of AHS Registered Daylilies for online purchase and USPS Priority mailing shipping or pickup at the farm. Daylily shipping season begins in May 2024UPDATE: July 14, 2024 --- Due to the drought like conditions and early extended heat we are having, we are halting shipping until August 19, 2024. All orders placed between 7/14/24 - 8/18/24 will ship on 8/19/2024 (weather permitting). We will ship weekly through 9/30/24.(Daylilies are shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays only)If you are local and wish to order daylilies for pickup at our farm, we dig daylily orders once a week for pickup on Fridays 10-6 or Saturdays 9-4 during our farm market hours. You will receive an email once your daylilies are dug and are ready to pickup. Please note that we do not sell potted daylilies at this time and we cannot dig your order immediately or the same day if you come to our farm market. We ask that all daylily orders be placed here on our website so that we can maintain our inventory. If you order outside of the shipping times from Oct 1st - Apr 30th, and you wish to pay by credit card, your card will be charged at the time of ordering. We utilize Paypal's credit card processing platform on our website and WE DO NOT store your credit card information on our website server. This is the most secure method for us to take website payments and unfortunately, we cannot hold credit card information and only charge the card when your order ships. Thank you for your understanding! All daylily prices are for Double (2) Fans, unless otherwise specified. ♦ Our daylilies are grown using only natural compost from our own farm animals. We do not spray for Rust as it does not overwinter in our zone (6b). We guarantee nice healthy plants that are true to name and freshly dug. Daylilies will be shipped bareroot (2 fans) and ready to plant.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot currently ship daylilies to: California, Hawaii and Alaska. Sorry, but at this time, we do not offer shipping to Canada and cannot ship daylilies internationally (outside the US). ♦ Please provide a list of acceptable substitutions, if for some reason we cannot fulfill your request for a certain variety, we will substitute if possible from your list of substitutions. If you do not provide a list of substitutions, we will choose a similar daylily of equal or greater value to substitute. You may also choose to be refunded for any plants that we may be out of, by specifying "no substitutions" in the comments at checkout. We are in the process of adding more varieties to the website each week, so please check with us if you are looking for a specific variety, if it is not listed on the website (we might have it). ♦ Effective 9/10/2021 - USPS Priority Mail shipping costs are now calculated based on zone (your zipcode) and weight. Shipping estimates for your order can be found in your shopping cart. Click on "Shipping Estimator" to obtain your shipping costs based on what is in your shopping cart. Daylillies and Soaps can be shipped together from May 1-May 30 and Sept 1 - Sept 30th. If ordering both daylilies and soaps outside of this time, please place two separate orders, otherwise your soaps will NOT ship until your daylilies ship. ~ Our Guarantee ~ ♦ If you have a problem with your order, please let us know immediately and we will try to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your plants, please return them within 48 hours with the original name tags still attached, and do not plant them. Once your daylilies are returned to us, we will refund the original purchase price of the daylilies (less shipping/handling) or will replace them at our discretion. We recommend planting your daylilies directly in the ground and not planting them in pots. Bareroot plants have been stressed with shipping and in our experience daylilies do much better in the ground than in pots (the smaller plastic pots can heat up way too much and if they are overwatered, crown rot may result). Please make sure to remove any yellow or brown outer foliage to expose the green foliage. Failure to remove any dying foliage can precipitate crown rot. It is completely normal for a shipped bareroot daylily to have the outer most leaves turn yellow or brown and by removing them, you allow the plant to get full sunlight to the greener leaves to enhance photosynthesis. There are many factors that affect plant health and growth, therefore, we give NO WARRANTY on a daylilies performance, growth habits, hardiness, bloom size or color once you plant your daylilies as too many variables with soil quality, temperature, weather, etc can affect a plants performance.
